Leon Solar Park
Leon Solar Park is a 257 MWdc solar project located in Leon County, Texas, within the ERCOT North Hub, strategically positioned between Houston and Dallas. Developed and de-risked by Misae Investments, the project achieved Ready-to-Build (RTB) status in 2023 and was sold to one of the largest infrastructure and energy companies in the world.
The project has a production potential of over 500,000 MWh in its first year alone, and an estimated 19.9 million MWh over its 40-year lifetime.

Childress Solar Park
Childress Solar Park marked the first utility-scale solar farm in Childress County, the Panhandle, and one of the largest single-site solar projects in ERCOT at the time. Developed by Misae Investments, the 320 MWdc project sold in 2018 to Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) and reached Commercial Operation (COD) in 2020.
This project established Childress County as a new clean energy hub, opening the door for future large-scale solar and data-center investments.

Misae Solar Park II
Located in Childress, Texas, Misae Solar Park II is next to the successfully developed 324 MW/dc Phase I that was sold in 2018 to Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), a major infrastructure fund with an established track record in the US renewables market.
At 517 MWac/692 MWdc, the project is one of the largest solar investment opportunities in the US.
