About Misae
The name Misae, meaning “born beneath the white-hot sun,” symbolizes our identity and mission to harness solar energy as a force for transformation.
Founded in 2016, Misae began with the vision of Dr. Miguel Alejandro Oneto, a physician and entrepreneur from McAllen, Texas, who saw renewable energy as both a business opportunity and a duty to the planet. His collaboration with Serafin Seoane, a veteran developer with over 3.5 GW of renewable projects across the globe, laid the foundation for a company that blends vision with proven expertise.
