500 MW Hyperscale Datacenter | Wilson, TX
The 500 MW hyperscale North America Datacenter is fully integrated into the Misae Energy Hub with secured land, interconnection by May 2026, and COD in June 2028. With abundant water rights, dark fiber access, and proximity to a 30-inch gas pipeline, NADC is designed to host AI and cloud-scale workloads powered by co-located renewable generation, gas and storage.
Mojo Solar + BESS SLF
525 MWac / 650 MWdc PV
240 MW / 480 MWh BESS
The Mojo project combines 525 MWac / 650 MWdc of solar with 240 MW / 480 MWh of battery storage, delivering renewable energy directly into the ERCOT South Hub. With interconnection agreements available in May 2026 and COD by June 2028, Mojo offers long-term solar resource exceeding 1,900 kWh/kWdc annually and zero curtailment risk at its onsite substation.
Wilson BESS
400 MW / 800 MWh BESS
The 400 MW / 800 MWh Wilson stand-alone BESS provides large-scale storage capacity to balance ERCOT South Hub operations. With fully secured land, interconnection by May 2026, and COD in June 2028, Wilson offers investors exposure to ERCOT’s high-value arbitrage and ancillary services markets, while also reinforcing reliability for the hub’s datacenter load.
